Shipping Destinations

Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the United States, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

• We ship the the USA only. Please refer to each product for shipping options and fees when checking out. 

Tracking

We provide tracking numbers for our shipping couriers on every order. 

Order Processing

All orders are sent to the warehouse for dispatch within 24-48 hours after the order is placed. The warehouse distribution centers process the orders, which takes an average of 2–5 days. It can take longer from time to time, depending on the item being shipped, but usually no longer than an average of 7 days.

Shipping Time

This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the shipping destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 3 and 12 days (business days) to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

Slow Delivery

We do not provide refunds for slower than expected shipping and delivery. The shipping and delivery couriers have intermittent delays due to holiday rushes and COVID-19 breakouts.

Returns
If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately you do not qualify for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund on a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale items (unless you purchase return assurance when ordering)
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards

Requirements

To complete your return, we require a receipt, a printed order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the warehouse or manufacturer.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  • A Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Restocking Fee
There is a 10% Restocking Fee on all returns not due to damage or manufacturer defects.  The Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
